Episode 3 - Getting Lost
Oops! Don’t you hate when that happens?
Today’s lyrics continue the flow of “Lover-of-Shadows”... until, of course,
Mr. Walker shows up. “Dead Man Walker” is the administrator you love to
hate. My high school had one, and I’m sure that yours does, too.
My school also had alcoves where kids would sit and play guitar, hang with
friends or grab a quick smoke between classes. Meghan’s probably been using
her “secret spot” for a while. Thanks a lot, Walker! That secrecy is about
to change...
Today's musical track,"Follow Me Down," provided the inspiration
for Arpeggio as a whole. When first I envisioned Meghan doing her
thing, this was the song in my head. "Sooj" Tucker originally
composed the song in high school, so it seemed the perfect compliment to
today's strip. Back when Bryan first started sketching out Arpeggio's
characters, I played "Follow Me Down" for him.

It’s not nice, and it keeps starving artists... well, starving. Ripping off other people’s stuff is bad juju, and claiming that YOU created what someone else worked on is just lame. Thank you for not being a dick.
