Episode 49: Fly Away

Welcome to Ravens Park... during school hours, no less!

In addition to the familiar fictional faces, this episode features a handful of characters based upon real-life folks. These contributors to the Save Our Sooj effort in 2009 include real-world musicians JT Traub, Merav Hoffman, and "Max" - aka, Betsy Tinney from Tricky Pixie and SJ Tucker's Skinnywhitechick band.

As usual, the characters in question are NOT the people who've inspired them. Still, it's kinda fun to incorporate real-life friends into Meghan's little world - most especially when the folks appearing are urban fantasy characters in their own right!

On a related note, I'll be a Guest of Honor at Crypticon this weekend in Seattle, May 27-29. If you're there, come on by one of my panels and say hello!

See yon next week, when two members of the troupe Fire & Strings tell Meghan "Light Me Up."

Cheers!

Thank you for not being a dick.
